Roads are installed

It was a big day for Robin Glades Over 55’s village today as our asphalt works have been completed and we now have our road network installed and in place.

It has been quite a slog to get here and I don’t think anyone will truly understand how much work went in to the site under the surface with all of our rock breaking, service trenching and our efforts to ensure well considered sewer and storm water management as well as securing A-class block classifications for all lots at Robin Glades.

At some points on the site our work took us down over 3 metres, though I am sure our pile of rocks provided some hint as to what lay beneath.

With the roads installed our work turns to light poles and footpaths as well as verge preparation and general tidy up.
