Double Garage Upgrade specification option.

This rear living house design has a fully integrated Kitchen, Living and Dining which combined with large windows create a spacious open feeling in the heart of the home. The sliding door in the Dining area leads directly out to the backyard making this house perfect for entertaining all year round.

On the opposite side of the house are two large bedrooms which are both serviced by separate amenities areas complete with double sized hobless showers in each of them.

If that wasn’t enough there’s also a Study area and a separate Powder room in the centre of the home. All of this is topped off with a large front Porch area and a double lock up Garage.
