Sign the Contracts

When you are happy with your decision, we catch up, sign the contracts and pay the initial deposit. You meet the contractual terms

9 months later

On average the build time-frame will be 9 months from the date of settlement on your block

It was a big day for Robin Glades Over 55’s village today as our asphalt works have been completed and we now have our road network installed and in place. It has been quite a slog to get here and I don’t think anyone will truly understand how much work went in to the site
